School Lunches
Our school dinners are provided by Aspens and are freshly cooked on-site every day.
School dinners must be ordered via MCAS. This is a weekly rolling system where parents can order their child's dinners up to half a term in advance. The cut-off date for placing orders will be 7 days before the Monday of the week the meals are to be served. For example, the menu for W/C 22nd September must be completed by Monday 15th September.
There is a charge of £2.70 per meal. Parents must ensure that there are sufficient funds in the 'dinner money' section of MCAS to successfully place orders.
Parents will be charged for each meal when the school has taken a daily dinner register.
Universal Infant Free School Meals
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM), meaning parents do not need to pay for school meals during these year groups.
When your child moves into Key Stage 2, payment will be required for any school lunches they choose to have, unless they qualify for means-tested Free School Meals.
If you believe your child may be eligible for Free School Meals or would like more information, please contact the School Office, who will be happy to help.
